Once an alert has been assigned by an operator. They have the ability to contact the user directly by selecting the ‘ Notify User’ tab.
This allows the operator to send either an default message ‘Hi Joe, we have received your alert and are looking to help you!’ or customise the message. An confirmation popup will appear to confirm the message has been successfully sent to the user.
This will automatically sent a push notification to the user’s device.
To the left-hand side of the user profile section under the users name/mobile number. The grey icon provides information on the users emergency contacts once selected.
It will display the EC name, mobile number and email address.
The operator also has the ability notify the emergency contact in the same way by selecting ‘ notify’ key.
