Managing Staff

Within the dashboard, you can set up multiple levels of staff and client permissions.

We recommend for security and compliance purposes  that  unique passwords should be created for each level of staff.

How to create:

On the dashboard, click “Manage staff” which you’ll find in the main menu.  

This is where you’ll be able to set up users with the following access levels, once selected ‘create tab for either:

  1. Administrators
  2. Clients
  3. Supervisors
  4. Controllers

The only information required is : User name, Password, First & last name, email address and mobile number.

Once this is set up, all you need to do is issue the username and password to the staff member and they’ll be able to log in.
