Statistics > Response measurements
The response measurement section covers information, including the following:
- Average time to assign an alert
- Average time for a controller to close an alert
- Breakdown of alerts (red, forced, meeting, test)
- Number of forced alerts.
- Average duration of a meeting
This data can be filtered by a controller and date range, by selecting the drop down field. This information, helps you to evaluate individual performances and create operational targets.
You can also download the data as a CSV file for reporting purposes.
