As a portal administrator, you can view and manage insights including response handling and user escalation procedures.
When you login, the first thing you will be presented with is the overview map, which is available in MAP terrain and Satellite views.
The map will display all your active App users and show their location.
The green icon indicates where your users are, as long as they are logged into their mobile device and using tracking mode.
You can also search by location address, for individual users and by Geo zones. You can zoom in/or out of the map for a closer view on the location where your users are.
This can be done by navigating over the + and – tabs.
At the bottom of the overview Map the illustration provided marks each App users command.
