Our mass notifications feature is one of the most powerful features inside the dashboard. Administrators can send unlimited notifications and communicate to all App users via email and push notifications. Information can be sent on safety awareness procedures, best practices, incidents or even for internal marketing purposes.
All you need to do is:
- Click the ‘ create notification’ tab in the main header
- Enter your title and description ( main body section)
- Select the notification type i.e Email/SMS
- Then choose whether you’d like a ‘ read receipt’ or the user to mark themselves as safe
It would allow you to include up to 5 documents or images in a message
- Once the message has been created you can assign who you want the notification to be sent to. For example, individuals users, groups of users, to all or to those that haven’t logged into the App within 14 days.
- You can also schedule the message to go out on a future date
- Or select a specific geo fencing zone to send to
A preview of your message will display on the left hand side.
