Via the dashboard, you can search for any prehistoric alerts which would have been closed.
To do this, select ‘Alert’’ within the main header > View current > Closed alerts
Once selected the user alert tile you wish to view, it will automatically divert you to the actual user alert page. Where you will have the ability to view all the user alert information i.e date/time, view evidence and the controller is was deal with and closed down the alert by date and time.
