Handling alerts

The alerts page provides an overview of the active users and the types of alerts they have raised. 

It gives you  the ability to view  users that are currently logged into the app  in tracking mode and filter alerts by the date range.. 

You can also view alerts that have been raised in the past by selecting the relevant tile, you’ll be able to view past Meetings, journeys, Forced Alerts and closed alerts when required.

All, you need to do is select from the drop down field under ‘ View Current’.
