In certain situations, an operator may need to create an alert directly from inside the dashboard to notify that a user is in danger. Once the ‘create alert’ tab is selected. The operator would be presented with the following fields:
- Search bar ( where can manually add location address). This is automatically pinpoint the specific location on map
- Additional address info – allowing descriptive notes to be entered
- Description – add information briefed about user emergency situation in this section
- Once all information is logged and then selected ‘create’ this would divert to user’s alert page for operator to handle
