Users > Manage users > User escalation policy
For each individual user, we give you the ability to add user escalation policy specific for that user. For example, once this policy is populated within the name user row section. This information would be available to the controller manning the user alerts when triggered via the device.
To do this simply:
- Locate name user in manage user section ( use search field box)
- Add user escalation details in named field
This will automatically update details
